must have a complete set of equipment and a minimum of 70 resets.
The character does not have to have lvl 4 wings
to exchange them, but others will not be exchanged.

Mozna wymianiac tylko itemy exe lub socket oraz wingi 4 lvl, postac
musi posiadac komplet ekwipunku oraz minimum 70 resów.
Postac nie musi posiadac wingow 4 lvl,
aby dokonac wymiany, lecz inne nie zostana wymienione.
