Jewel of Level  --> add one level to (min level to use +9)
Jewel of Skill  --> add Skill to Weapons and Shield
Jewel of Luck  --> add Luck to item
Jewel of Addicional  --> make item to +28
Jewel of Socket  --> add one empty slot to socket item
Jewel of Excellent*  --> add one excellent option to excellent item (min level to use +9)
*Item must have minumum 1 exe options! Not work on normal item without exe options!
Maximum excellent options is 3!
