To obtain Wings 4 lvl you must collect all Talisman of Wings (1,2,3,4,5,6)
+ 3x Blood Feather + 20x Relic of Wings and have Wings 3lvl + Luck!
Talisman of Wings drop from Talisman of Wings Box in Vulcanus map
on sub PvP and Vip.
Blood Feather drop from Core Magriffy Boss or Wheel of Fortune!
Relic of Wings drop on map Nars!
If you collect all Items go to Devias (226x49).
Remember if you go to exchange wings 3 lvl BM must have
wings 3 lvl BM and go to WINGS NPC BM!
We not exchange if you go to wrong NPC!
